I train staff to be effective assessors and get them on the same page. I've hosted over 1k interviews over the years, and have facilitated hundreds of workshops - this combination of experience brings deep expertise of behavioural interviews, as well as the ability to deliver clear learning outcomes, without making it boring 😉 

I work with higher-education institutions to support students on their career journey. I know it's handy to have someone who's been there & done it, who can work with diverse students at all career stages, and who understands how Career Services works. Example topics include interview prep, CV reviews, and networking.

I work with GMAC on their annual conference,  keeping  close to the industry on a global level, as well as supporting admissions interviews for cutting edge programmes at top institutions. An experienced interviewer, am finding it's handy having a Careers angle on this, I'd like to think I know what good looks like!
